The wine and tasting seminars are for people which like to hide their wine horizon on a professional base and which love to enjoy great wines.

How to handle wine the right way? How to judge wine? Which choice of words describes wine trenchantly? Which premises influence and shape the specific character of wine? How to combine food and wine? These questions are answered in a detailled and comprehensible manner.

The thematic priority is on the methodology of tasting and on interpretation and analysis of the tasting results. Which aroma finds its way into the wine through the berry and the grape variety, which roles plays the soil, which marks are left through climate and vintage? A great number of questions, a great number fo answers.

 

Where & When

Here rooms with the ambience of an art gallery are at your disposal. By request seminars can also take place in your own rooms or a chic reataurant. In Germany, in Switzerland and all over Europa.

Seminars take place by request at the date fixed. Please ask for your desired date and we´ll see whether that day is available. Also during weekends.

The optimal number of participants is six people, the maximum is ten people. With other kinds of events the number of participants is more variable.

 

One is not professional because of doing something for earning money. One is professional because of the attitude towards things one handles even when not earning a single cent by doing it.

 

How

For having fun and for creating a solid practical fundament we always taste eight different wines. These wines are coming from the leading producers of the international world of top wines chosen in relevance to the topic of each particular seminar.

In my location I offer two variants of seminars:
Day seminar from 2 till 6 pm
Evening seminar from 6 till 10 pm incl. dinner
You don´t want to drive after the seminar?
There is a beautiful, small hotel just around the corner.

Seminar fee per person
Day seminar: 220 Euro / 250 CHF
Evening seminar: 320 Euro / 360 CHF incl. dinner
The seminar fee can vary depending on the number of participants and the desired wines.
